We would kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday 5th April 2025 to let us know if you'll be joining us for our special day. Please remember to let us know if you'll require a seat on the bus to and from the venue.

We would ask guests to arrive at the venue between 1pm and 1:30pm. All going to plan, the ceremony will start at 2pm, followed by a drinks reception and canopes. Food will be served around 5pm.

Unfortunately, there is only enough accomodation at the venue for the bridal party, however there is plenty of nearby hotels and we have included details of these under the "nearby hotels" section.

We have arranged a bus to take guests to and from the wedding venue. Please let us know if you would like to reserve a seat so we can finalise numbers. Pick up location is planned from The Fairfield Working Mens Club, 211 Crossloan Road, Glasgow, G51 3QD. The bus will leave the club at 12:30/12:45. The bus will return back to the club after the wedding.

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue for those who wish to make their own way there. The address is Eden Leisure Village, Millcroft Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G67 4AG. We will be serving a BBQ-style meal (with Vegan and Vegetarian options) but if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate everyones needs. Canopes and an evening buffet will also be served.

You know we both like a drink (or three), and with family and friends like ours, it's only right that we get the drinks flowing and the party started, so drinks are on us until the meal finishes, then there will be a full bar stocked up and ready for the reception. Lets party, have a blast and make this day one to remember. When the evening reception starts, the bar will accept card or cash payments. The venue advise carrying cash as they can't guarantee a good signal for card machines.

As much as we love your little ones, and your favourite plus ones, this celebration is adults only and is reserved for our nearest and dearest.

Wear what you feel fabulous in and you'll be just that! For women (and David), we would suggest block heels (or plastic heel covers) for getting around the venue.

No, there will be no evening guests. We are having all day guests only.
