Roch and Tori met at Concordia St. Paul, where Roch played baseball and Tori played volleyball.

Roch had caught wind a girl from Delano would soon arrive at Concordia for her freshman year. He was pretty excited the day he finally saw Tori. However, he did not talk to her right away because he could NEVER be seen talking to a girl from Delano. Tori was immediately smitten after seeing Roch as she left the athletic training room. She would frequent the baseball house parties as often as she could in high hopes of meeting Roch.

Eventually, Roch took her on their first “date” to Subway where Tori ordered a 6” Ham and Cheese Sandwich with nothing else. Roch was thinking, "We could have made that at home," but was just happy to spend more time with her. July 24th of 2018, after Roch met her parents and a shopping trip to Dick's Sporting Goods, they officially started dating!

During the 6 years of dating, they enjoyed golfing, baseball games, traveling, and lake time with their friends. Roch proposed in the most perfect way, on the 9th Green, with Family and Friends watching. They both say it was a day they will never forget!
