What is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline to book your hotel room is October 1st, 2025! Please book ASAP in order to guarantee a room as there is limited availability.

How do I book a room for the wedding?

Please use our room block (linked below) We've arranged a special deal for our guests at a discounted rate for the all-inclusive package. The package includes everything you need for a luxurious stay, from gourmet dining to exciting activities.

Are all guests required to stay at Garza Blanca?

Yes. The resort WILL NOT allow any outside guests to attend weddings at the resort, so you must stay at the resort.

Is there a minimum required stay?

Yes, there is a three-night minimum required stay. The official dates with planned wedding activities are April 16-19. However, our negotiated rate is available from April 15-22, so feel free to extend your stay – because we definitely are!

Can I book through a third-party site or travel agent?

No. Each invited guest MUST book their room using our link to attend the wedding events over the weekend.

Unfortunately, any reservations made via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, via a travel agency, or via directly with the resort WILL NOT be recognized as part of our wedding group and will not allow access to the events.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only and appreciate your understanding! However if you'd like to bring your children for the remainder of the trip, they are welcome.

Babysitting services are offered at the Garza Blanca for $35 USD per hour for 1 child and $45 USD per hour for 2 children.

Is there a dress code for events?

Yes - please see the event details section of each event for more information on attire.

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

The ceremony will be outside, near the beach; the reception will be in a covered space.

Are there any other events I should know about during the wedding weekend?

Yes! We will be celebrating all weekend at the Garza Blanca resort. See the Schedule tab to learn more about the events!

Are food and drinks included in my stay?

ABSOLUTELY! This is a luxury All-Inclusive Resort, so Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Room Service, and all Beverages (including alcohol) are unlimited and included in your stay. Welcome to paradise :)
