We did our best to accommodate all plus ones and children that we are aware of in our invites. However, if your plus one or children are not showing up when you try to RSVP, please contact Mara, Neil, or Rocky Baier. However, we may not be able to accommodate guests we have not already accounted for. Thank you for your understanding.

We invite all guests to wear earth tones and/or florals to match the theme. The dress code is semi-formal. The wedding party will be in green. Please, no neon. We have an all-outdoor venue and the ceremony will take place on grass. Please plan your outfit accordingly!

Yes! We are getting a shuttle for our guests to go back to the main hotel, the Arizona Grand. Transportation will begin at 12:30 pm for the wedding party to get to the venue. Immediate family can take the shuttle at 2:00 pm to get to the venue for family photos. All other guests can take the shuttle at 2:50 pm and 3:20 pm to arrive for the ceremony at 4:00 pm. Transportation back to the hotel will be available between 6:30 pm and 10:30 pm, with main return shuttles leaving at 9:20 pm and 10:00 pm.

Yes, there's a ton of parking outside the venue, The Venue at the Grove. Come and stay for the reception and same-location party!

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

We will be notified of any Lost & Found items within 72 hours of the party. Please let Rocky or Mara know that you have lost something ASAP. We can collect items, and get them back to you as soon as we can. Items not claimed after 7 days will be donated.
