Our Wedding

In June of 2022, Lyndsey was serving as a greeter at Red Rocks Young Adults (YA) in Lakewood, Colorado. Ron had decided to get back into going to YA and after the service, while eating s'mores, they immediately clicked! For a few weeks, we met at YA and eventually became more than friends. It was right in time for our birthday month and Ron's family vacation, which brought us closer. Because Lyndsey's program is located in Denver, we enjoy attending our church at Lakewood Vineyard, movie nights and Little Man's ice cream!

How we met

Lyndsey was flying back with her Grandma Judy to surprise her Grandpa Larry in California and spend a few days with them. Because our favorite place to eat is Texas Roadhouse, we went there as a family before she returned to Colorado. As we were about to order, Ron flew out Mindy and walked in with red and pink roses. He got down on one knee and proposed!-another thank you to Judy and Rich Dekker for your help-
