The wedding will be primarily outside. The inside of the venue will be reserved for a certain amount of people but it will be open for everyone to come and go. The outside of the venue and where the ceremony is going to take place is mostly grass but has some areas of gravel.

There will be an open bar, however as soon as the alcohol is gone it will not be replenished. Our venues policy is that there is absolutely no personal supply of alcohol therefore do not bring any alcohol of your own onto the premises or you will be asked to leave. You will need your ID in order to be served at the bar.

The dress code is semi-formal but we are asking no one to wear black. We want the most colorful wedding possible. I would also take into account that it is going to be pretty hot therefore wearing something that is light and airy would be the way to go. Shoes with a large platform would be best because it is mostly grass.

There will be parking at the venue but it is very limited. If you are able to carpool with anyone at all please do so. We will have an overflow parking lot down the road at a local church. Hidden Haven Events will also have employees guiding you and answering any questions regarding where to park.

The ceremony is going to be in the middle of the day with no shade in the seating area. Therefore, if you are sensitive to the sun I would recommend bringing an umbrella for the ceremony.
