We are so excited for June 7th, 2025 to be here. Thanking God for instagram and CJ's Mom, Lani, who helped us meet 2 1/2 years ago.

On our first date we went to Johnnie's Italian Steakhouse and a scary movie, which Rose hates! She played it cool though. We continued to hang out on the weekends because CJ was living in Lincoln at that time. Each weekend brought us closer together. CJ moved back to Omaha...because when you know, you know!

Once CJ was closer, we learned we had a lot of fun together and knew we were each other's "one".

We enjoy going to karaoke, going for walks, bowling, going to dinner, hanging out with our pets, Margo, Doug and Yang, spending time with friends and family and movies...that are not scary.

CJ proposed on October 1, 2023 while we were on a hike. CJ's plan to propose at a beautiful outlook was complicated by swarms of bugs and barking dogs. He improvised and asked Rose to marry him while swatting the bugs away as they sat on a bench next to a lake. Rose excitedly said "Yes" and the planning started. Plans for the wedding and plans for a lifetime of being together to do the things we love, achieve the dreams we have and spend time with the people we love. Thank you for sharing this day with us!
