When is the RSVP deadline?
The deadline to RSVP is October 1, 2025! We kindly ask that you RSVP on time to help us finalize arrangements. You can find the link here on the website to RSVP for you and your loved ones. If you miss the RSVP deadline, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We thank you in advance!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. This is to ensure our wedding is an intimate gathering of our closest friends and family! Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
While this is not a "child free wedding", unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate families. We know you love your kids, as do we, but we hope you understand that your children are only invited if named on the invitation and apart of your group listed when submitting your RSVP. If your child/children are not named, please leave them at home (with a trusted babysitter of course:)) and come help us tie the knot! We appreciate your understanding.
Where are you registered?
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love! While gifts are not expected, we have registered a few items for our newlywed home. A link for our wedding registries can be found on the website!
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
While we love you as you are, we ask that you please dress in semi-formal attire! Think cocktail-style dresses, dressy separates, a suit and tie, or khakis and a dress shirt.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Our wedding ceremony and reception are both taking place at Ohio Township of Warrick County located at 3433 Libbert Rd, Newburgh IN, 47630.
When should I arrive?
Help us get the party started on time and as scheduled! Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony will be taking place outdoors near the lake, weather permitting. We recommend you dress accordingly to the weather and wear shoes you can walk in on the grass. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in the reception hall on the property.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party and our families will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. At this time, guests are able to head straight to the reception hall for the cocktail hour!
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
During the cocktail hour, we will be serving chips and salsa as an appetizer and the bar will begin serving alcohol at 4:00 pm. We invite you to toast to our nuptials by ordering a mixed drink at the cash bar, grabbing a beer or enjoying a frozen Hacienda Margarita!
Will dinner be served at the reception?
It wouldn't be a party without food! Along with the chips and salsa served during cocktail hour, we will also be serving a taco bar catered by Tacoholics for dinner. You will have the option of chicken or beef with tortillas, rice, beans, and all the fixings!
I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us in advance and we will happily get them answered for you! If you have any questions day of the wedding though, please reach out to (Grandma? Grace? Sara?). This ensures we as the couple get to enjoy our wedding day without unscheduled interruptions or becoming glued to our phones and guarantees your questions get answered! We appreciate your consideration!
Will the music be any good?
We sure hope so, that's why we picked our DJ!
