We are so excited to have our closest friends and family joining us in Chautauqua and appreciate everyone traveling to Western NY for our special day!
Please note that Ubers are not plentiful in this area, but luckily once on the grounds within the Institution, a vehicle will not be needed to enjoy all of the events!
For those flying in, please check your local airport for rental car options and/or plan to arrange transportation in advance.
For those that will be driving, please inquire with your hotel/rental accommodation regarding parking. Chautauqua Institution is a ~5 1/2 hour drive from Cincinnati and ~2 hours from Cleveland.
Athenaeum Hotel
The Athenaeum Hotel is where the reception will be held and is your best option for lodging in Chautauqua Institution. There is a room block provided when you use the code: 2024REID.
If you are getting an error, make sure you change the “promo code” to “group code” on the hotel website.
Vacation Rental
There are various options for rental properties in this area. Some recommended websites are AirBnB, Vrbo, and ERA Team VP Real Estate and Vacation Rentals.
We do highly recommend staying within the grounds of Chautauqua Institution to stay close to the party and make your stay much easier! If you are considering this option, please don't hesitate to reach out to Rose and Ryan if you have any questions on the location of a specific property.
