Reminder for Parents of Young Children
We’re excited to celebrate with you! If your child is listed on the invitation and you’re unable to arrange childcare, please know that their safety and comfort are our top priorities. However, as both the ceremony and reception will be recorded, we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels to ensure the best audio quality for the video.
If you’re able to find a sitter and enjoy a date night, we’d be delighted to see you both. Thank you for helping us make this event as special as possible!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm, we recommend to arrive anytime after 2:30pm to ensure you are able to arrive on time.
Given most of our guests are coming from out of town, please account for Friday afternoon Toronto traffic (aka there's gonna be traffic!)
Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests . Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during our ceremony. Our lovely photographers and videographers will be capturing our moment and want to ensure they can capture our photos without any phones in the background..after the ceremony take as many photos as you'd like!
Will there be parking?
Yes there is ample parking available at the venue. The hotel we reserved is also a 3 minute drive from the venue
