Please arrive by 3:45 PM to take seats for a prompt 4:00 PM start. We will be losing daylight quickly in November and wish to have the ceremony before the sun sets.

We love to dress up and encourage you to as well! The dress code for the wedding is formal: tuxedos and dark suits encouraged for men, as well as formal dresses for ladies.

Maryland weather can be a wildcard in the fall, with the average afternoon temperatures ranging 35-60 degrees. We want to host our ceremony outdoors if weather permits and it is not too cold, so please have a jacket in case!

We will be arranging transport from our hotel blocks, and anyone who wishes to utilize this option may indicate so on the RSVP. In addition, anyone who wishes to drive to the venue may do so: there is plenty of parking at Kent Island Resort, and cars can be left overnight!

While we love your children, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adult-only affair. Parents, please treat this as a date night and come relax and enjoy!
