Duncan first saw Rosie at mass at All Saints Chapel when she was a Eucharistic Minister. He eventually decided to message her on a fateful Wednesday evening in October, and asked if she was going to mass. Fortunately, Rosie was going that evening, and agreed to meet him. Duncan and Rosie officially met on October 27th, 2021, at All Saints Chapel. They clicked instantly, and began dating shortly after, on November 13th, 2021. The following months were full of adventure, some notable moments including Rosie making Duncan watch all of the Harry Potter movies, Duncan making Rosie read all of the Percy Jackson series, and Duncan teaching Rosie to fish. They accomplished many things together during that time, spending lots of time cooking (Duncan started eating vegetables), fishing (Rosie caught her first fish), playing football games and cheerleading, completing the entirety of How I Met Your Mother, most of Game of Thrones, and a multitude of Adam Sandler movies, making countless memories, and growing together every day. Duncan popped the question 1 year, 6 months, and 3 days into their dating relationship (after many hints from Rosie), on May 16th, 2023. Rosie said yes (with lots of enthusiasm), and now they are planning a wedding!
