How should I dress?

We kindly ask that you dress semi-formal. Dress pants and button-up shirts for men. Dress pants/blouse or dresses for ladies, short or long dresses are fine. No jeans please! Also, there will be dancing during the reception, if you prefer to bring more comfortable shoes, that is more than okay. Whatever you are most comfortable in. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like during cocktail hour and reception. We will be using a shared QR code where all guests can take photos during the night and will be shared with everyone.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed when you rsvp by name.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! The will be an open bar at our wedding. No outside liquor will be permitted.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our deadline 03/04/2025, you will be marked "not attending." The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our venders within a timely manner.

Which building will the wedding take place?

When you turn into the parking lot of the venue, there are 2 similar looking buildings. The West (on the right) building is where the entire wedding will happen. If you have any questions, text the Matron of Honor (Katie: 602-694-1133).

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

What will the weather be like during the time of the wedding?

Average temperature in Gilbert, AZ during March is 75/47 degrees fahrenheit. Also, ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

If I told you I was attending do I still have to RSVP?

Yes, even if we have been informed of your attendance, we ask that you please still RSVP that you’re coming through the wedding website. This helps us to have an exact head count.
