Our ceremony begins at 14:00 on the dot — but we’d love you to arrive from 13:00 for 13:30. That extra time is there for you to take a breath, find your spot, catch up with friends, and enjoy a little something special we’ve arranged before we say “I do.” There’s no bride’s side or groom’s side — just a room full of people we love. Sit wherever you feel most at home, and share the start of our story with those who helped shape it.

As this will be a formal celebration, we’d really appreciate it if gentlemen could wear suit jackets. They don’t need to be part of a matching suit, just a jacket to mark the occasion. For the ladies, we’d love to see full-length dresses to match the setting and spirit of the day. We’re hoping to keep things elegant, so we’d gently ask that cocktail dresses wait for another time. The ceremony will take place indoors in a lovely, well-ventilated space, perfect for a warm and sunny Wineland afternoon. The reception and dinner will follow outdoors, so sunglasses and a little sunblock might come in handy. As the sun sets and the evening cools, a light jacket or shawl will help you stay cosy. When it’s time to dance under the stars, comfort is everything—so please feel free to bring a pair of flats for later in the night. Just a small note: we’d be grateful if everyone kept their shoes on, as barefoot dancing might be a little tricky (and not so safe!). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the effort, it means the world to us to celebrate this day with you.

We know many of you are going out of your way — crossing provinces, borders, and time zones, just to celebrate with us, and that honestly means the world. Being surrounded by our favourite people is more than enough. But if you’re feeling especially generous and want to contribute, we’d love for you to donate towards our honeymoon. We absolutely adore your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We ask that no children over the age of one attend the event. For babies one year old and younger, we completely understand that some of our guests are new moms with tiny newborns who need to stay close. If your baby will be attending please kindly let us know if they’ll be joining us.

All guests are invited to join us at Webersburg Wine Estate on Sunday, 14th December from 5:00pm onwards for a relaxed evening of celebration, catching up and a little pre-wedding party magic. We’ll be serving up a generous spread of wood-fired pizzas to share — our treat! For drinks, a cash bar will be available at the venue for guests to purchase beverages. There is ample parking on site, but you're also welcome to Uber, especially as Webersburg is just a short drive from Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and the surrounding areas.

Our guests will have the option to choose between two plated starters, please make your selection via the RSVP form. Mains will be served family-style, so you can relax and enjoy a generous spread shared at your table. If you have any dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you note them when submitting your RSVP so we can ensure you're well looked after.

There will not be an open bar at the event. A selection of spritzers, beers, cider, red, white wines, and rosés, along with MCCs, will be provided on the day. Any additional alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the venue’s cash bar.
