Our Wedding

Jason and Rowan’s relationship began the way all the greatest modern love stories do… they both swiped right on Hinge! Their first date was in June 2021, when Jason took Rowan on a wine bar tour in Scottsdale. The date went so well that they shut down three bars that night, ending the first of many dates to come for them. They continued to get to know each other through the summer and fall, and eventually calling it official that December. Their bond grew over countless date nights, long evening walks through Old Town Scottsdale, and “10 hours of commercial free football” spent together on Sundays. For Rowan’s birthday, Jason surprised her with a mini bernedoodle that they named Brodie! Brodie is a certified good boy, and has added so much joy to their lives and united them as a family. They moved in together in 2023, while waiting for their first home to finish being built in March of 2024. Having a place to call their own made the perfect setting to create new memories together. In August of 2024, the couple travelled to Positano, Italy, somewhere they had been dreaming of visiting for quite some time. On August 10th, Jason took Rowan on a romantic drive along the Amalfi coast and proposed! This is just the beginning of their story, and they can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day with you!

Wedding Party

We have secured a room block and discounted rate at the beautiful Hilton Los Cabos Resort! The bride and groom will be staying at the Hilton, and we encourage all guests to stay here too, for both convenience and togetherness. The welcome party will be hosted at the Hilton, and all shuttles to/from the wedding venue will pick up/drop off at the Hilton. Day-after festivities will be hosted at the Hilton as well. The room block is for 11/6-11/9, and any surrounding pre and post dates (subject to availability). Check in time is 3pm, and check out time is 12pm. Create your reservation with Website link below. The link will take you directly to the discounted room block rate. Only the cost of the first night is due when you book. Airport:

The closest airport to the hotel is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).

Transportation from SJD to the Hilton:

The Hilton offers transportation services to/from the airport/hotel. Transportation can be booked directly through the hotel: <a href="https://www.hiltonloscabos.com/resort/airport-transfer-services/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Airport Transfer Request | Hilton Los Cabos</a>. Additionally, there are taxis available on standby at the airport. Ubers are also available in Cabo.

Transportation to Acre:

Shuttle services will be provided to you on the wedding day that will take you to/from the hotel/venue. WEDDING DAY: Please meet in the hotel lobby at 3:15 pm. The shuttles are departing the hotel at 3:30pm SHARP. Leaving the venue: The first shuttle pick-up heading back to the hotel will be at 10:30pm and the second shuttle pick-up will be at 12:00am. Ubers are also available if you wish to depart at a different time.

Welcome Party!  The welcome party will be hosted at the Hilton Los Cabos “Whale Watching Terrace” from 8-10pm. The Whale Watching Terrace is located at the lower level of the main pool area under the string lights. Beach party cocktail attire is recommended.

Friday 11/7

WEDDING DAY!3:15pm: Meet in the hotel lobby for shuttle pick up.3:30pm: Shuttles depart the Hilton at 3:30pm SHARP.4:00pm: Shuttles arrive at the venue.4:30pm: Ceremony begins Shuttle pick up #1 - 10:30pmShuttle pick up #2 - 12:00am

Saturday 11/8

Day-after gathering!Let's keep the party going for an extra day of fun!Meet us at the Hilton's cliffside cabanas at noon! (#17 and #18). We will also have some dedicated lounge chairs on the beach!This event is not mandatory, but we would love to see you there. :) Feel free to stop by or hang out all day with us!

Attire/Dress Code

FOR THE WEDDING: Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire.   Men: Sports coats, slacks, button-down shirts, and dress shoes are preferred. Please no shorts or short sleeve shirts.   Ladies: Cocktail dresses are preferred. Both colorful attire and neutrals are acceptable. We do ask that you avoid neon/overly bright colors to help create a more cohesive and elegant atmosphere.    Thank you so much for understanding, we can't wait to see you there!
