WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD GUESTS FLY TO?

Ian Fleming Internatinal Airport (OCJ) which is only 23 minutes to Moon Palace


WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO MOON PALACE RESORT JAMAICA?

Yes, shared airport transfers will be available for all guests who book their rooms for 4 NIGHTS OR MORE directly through our travel coordinator Lana. The travel fare to and from the airport is included in your room payment but only one round-trip transfer is covered per each room booked. If multiple guests are sharing a room and have different flight schedules, a separate paid transfer will need to be arranged for the additional guest beyond the first.

Approximately 1 month prior to travel, reserve your airport transfer by going to https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/

Enter Moon Palace Jamica, your confirmation number, your last name and proceed to provide your flight details.

If there are changes to your flights you should email all details to: transferswebdirect@thepalacecompany.com to provide updates and ensure your transfers are correct.


Private transportation can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Please notify Lana when booking your room if you wish to have private transportation arranged.


HOW CAN GUESTS BOOK THEIR ROOMS FOR THEIR STAY AT MOON PALACE RESORT JAMAICA?

Our wedding travel coordinator, Lana Wilson will be the point of contact for the room booking process.


To Book Please Follow These Steps:

1. Go through the Q & A section and also read the Home and Accommodation Section of this Website thoroughly.

2. Fill out and submit the "Booking Form " through the link located throughout this website.

3. Within 72 business hours, you will receive a confirmation email with your room booking and deposit confirmation. Note: You must complete Step 2 in order to book your room and receive a confirmation. Please specify your exact desired dates of stay on the booking form. for dates outside of the room block held a special request will be placed through resort and will be based on availability at time of request. Room rates have been negotiated directly with the resort for Roxana and Brogan's wedding guests.


DO THE GUESTS HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR RESERVATION IN FULL UPFRONT?

No, a minimum deposit of $200 will be due to secure your booking and round-trip airport transportation.


WHEN SHOULD GUESTS START TO ARRIVE IN JAMAICA AND WHEN SHOULD THEY DEPART BACK HOME?

We are hoping our guests can meet us at Moon Palace Jamaica on June 25th, 2026 to give them time to settle in and prepare to Celebrate our wedding on the June 27th.

As far as departure and returning home, we ask that our guests stay a minimum of 4 nights.

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later guest may make their booking to arrive or depart up to 3 days before or after the core 4 nights of June 25-29, 2025

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PASSPORT TO FLY TO JAMAICA?

Yes, you need a Passport to fly to Jamica. If you do not currently have a passport, please look into getting one ASAP as these can take up to 3 months to be mailed to you.


DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE MOON PALACE RESORT JAMAICA?

Yes, it is very highly recommended. We would prefer our guests to enjoy the resort with us! * If you choose NOT to stay at the resort, transportation and other additional fees will have to be paid to attend the wedding per the resort contract.


IS INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR MY STAY AT MOON PALACE?

Moon Palace does not offer an in house insurance plan. Rooms may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to check in without penalty. If you wish to get a quote for travel protection through our outside vendor, please email Lana with your request.


ARE KIDS FREE?

Yes, as long as 2 adults are staying in the room up to 2 children ages 0-17 can stay free.
