Can I Take and Post Pictures Of The Wedding On Social Media?

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. We also would like our photographer to get some great photos without being obstructed by other devices. During the reception feel free to take as many photos as you like and be sure to tag us on social media so we can see them too!

What Time Does the Ceremony Start?

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00PM

What Time Does Cocktail Hour Start?

Cocktail hour starts at 4:30PM and ends at 5:30PM

What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is formal (i.e., dresses, suits, tuxedos). While our reception is indoors the ceremony will take place outside. We recommend wearing something appropriate for November weather.

What is the color of the bridesmaids dresses?

For all the ladies who want to know what the bridesmaids dress color! They will be wearing dark teal.

What Is The Dress Code For The Rehearsal Dinner?

The dress code for the rehearsal dinner is business casual (i.e., dress pants, khakis, chinos, knee-length skirts, dark jeans without holes, Button-down shirts, sweaters, blouses, henleys or polo shirts, Knee-length or maxi dresses).

What Weather Should I Expect?

The weather in Chicago can be unpredictable. Of course, we can’t guarantee anything, but we know it can be cooler in November. Keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The ceremony will be outside. We recommend bringing something warm to wear during the outdoor ceremony.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Both. The wedding ceremony will be outside unless the weather does not permit (i.e., rain, heavy snow, extreme cold). The reception will take place inside. Guests will be able to go to the outdoor patio during the reception. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather.

Can I Bring My Partner Or Other Guests?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list. We hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

I Have Dietary Restrictions, What’s The Best Way To Communicate That With You?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! We will have 4.5 hours of open bar, including cocktail hour(4:30pm-5:30pm). The bar will be closed during dinner and wine will be available on every table. Open bar will resume after dinner is complete.
