What is the dress code?
Semi-formal.
We encourage men to suit-up. Ladies can wear short or long dresses.
What colour are the bridesmaids wearing?
The bridesmaids will be in pink, peach, and yellow floral gowns.
Would it be awkward if I wore a white dress?
Yes. We kindly ask that you don’t wear white to this occasion. Thanks for your understanding.
What gift shall I bring?
Your presence on our wedding day is more than enough! However, if you would like to get us something, there will be a "wishing-well" available on the day.
When do we have to complete our RVSP?
29th February 2024.
Can I take photos and post on social media?
We kindly request no photos to be posted on social media until we post our first picture as Mr & Mrs. Our ceremony will be unplugged, but we encourage our guests to take photos on the ferry and during the reception.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We encourage guests to arrive between 1.30pm - 1.45pm. The ceremony will start at 2pm. Ruby has never been late, and she doesn't plan on changing this on her wedding day.
Is there parking available at the ceremony?
There is plenty of parking available in Noosa Woods near the ceremony. Please remember that we are providing a private ferry from the ceremony to the reception so if you choose to drive to the ceremony, your car will be left in the woods and you will have to collect it later.
An alternative option is to take an uber or taxi from your accommodation to the ceremony.
What if I get lost looking for the ceremony?
Don't call Ruby or Jaden, they're busy. If you need any assistance on the day, please contact Norm on 0411 521 726 or Jill on 0481 146 233.
Will seating be available at the ceremony?
We are only able to provide 24 seats at the ceremony due to council regulations. These seats will be reserved for our immediate family and those who can't stand for long periods of time. We thank you for your understanding and we promise to keep the ceremony short.
How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?
We will be providing a private ferry cruise along the Noosa River from the ceremony to the reception. The ferry terminal is a 5 minute walk from the ceremony. The terminal is found on the boardwalk behind the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. There is a map provided on the "photos" tab for your reference.
Will I get sea sick on the ferry?
The ferry cruise is along the Noosa River which is a very calm body of water. You shouldn't feel sea sick.
What time does the reception start?
If you choose to join us on the ferry, it will arrive at Noosa Boathouse at 430pm. Entrees will be served at 530pm.
Who is our master of ceremonies?
Our MC will be Jason (Jaden’s Dad). We are so excited to have Jason guide us through the reception. Please listen out for his instructions and information during the evening.
Will food be provided?
Canapes and beverages will be served on the ferry between the ceremony and the reception.
There will be a three course meal at the reception at Noosa Boathouse. Our wedding cake will be served as dessert.
Will you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes! Although the menu is alternate drop, we will still cater for any allergies or dietary requirements. Please let us know when you RSVP.
What meals will be provided at the reception?
The entree and main course will be alternate drop.

1. Slow cooked Queensland sirloin, parsnip puree, brocolini, proscuitto

Will alcoholic beverages be provided?
Yes! We will be providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the ferry. There will also be a four-hour drinks package available at Noosa Boathouse. After the drinks package has concluded, alcohol will be available to purchase from the bar.
When does the reception end?
The reception will conclude at 11pm.
Where should we stay?
We recommend that you stay in a hotel or AirBnB in Noosaville. This way you can walk home from the reception at Noosa Boathouse. Find more information on the "Accommodation" tab.
Do you have a rainy day back up plan?
Yes! If it happens to rain, we will be getting married at Noosa Boathouse at 2pm. A notification will be sent to all of our guests on the morning of the wedding if we will be using the rainy day backup plan. Our ferry cruise will still go ahead as planned!
Can I bring my kids?
Your invitation will state who in your family is invited to our wedding. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.
Where and when is brunch in the park?
We will be hosting a casual brunch in the park on Saturday 29th June 1030am -1230pm. The park is located near Pelican Boat Hire on Gympie Terrace (near Noosa Boathouse). If possible, please bring a picnic blanket and chairs.
Will food and beverages be provide at brunch in the park?
We will be providing a sausage sizzle and some non-alcoholic beverages. We encourage you to grab a tea or coffee on your way over.
