To accommodate guests that have next morning obligations, we will be having all events early within the evening, . Allowing for guests to leave early without missing any of the fun.

We appreciate your support of our union, but we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitations and listed on the digital RSVP. Thank you for celebrating with us.

When you RSVP, we have included a spot for you to list any dietary restrictions. We will do our very best to accommodate.

We want our guests to be comfortable on our big day, but dressed up for the event! We have elected to have a SEMI-FORMAL wedding: Midlength to floor dresses. Suits are optional. Please reserve tuxedoes for the family and groom. Please reserve white/cream for the bride

4pm on Sunday, August 17th, 2025. Please allow ample time for travel to the ceremony

Our venue has free open lot parking for our guests-directly next to the venue. We encourage carpooling and Ubers/ride share for safe travel as needed. We cannot provide transportation to our venue.

Our wedding is expected to be held outdoors RAIN OR SHINE UNLESS: If the weather is deemed too severe for an outdoor event, we will move INDOORS to a private floor of the venue. Guests will be notified by email/text if the event is held indoors due to the severity of the weather

We chose to have our ceremony in the late afternoon. We will provide adequate fluids for hydration and encourage our guests to stay hydrated and wear light breathable fabrics.
