Our Wedding

We grew up just a mile and a half apart, one year apart in high school, yet we never knew that we were meant to be. Our lives followed different paths after graduation, and we ventured into the world, each of us shaping our own future, unaware that the universe was quietly preparing us for the moment we’d reconnect. The years went by, and we each pursued our own dreams, growing into the people we were meant to be. It wasn’t until after college, when life seemed to have settled a little, that fate stepped in and brought us back together. Our connection reignited with the same ease and comfort as if no time had passed at all. Looking back, it’s clear now that we were always meant to be. The woods behind my parents' house and Rudy's grandparents’ place weren’t just a place we both knew—they were part of the journey that led us to each other. We were always walking the same paths, even if we didn’t realize it at the time. As we continue to grow together, we know that our love story was never just about timing or circumstance. It was always about fate. We were destined to meet, to drift apart, and to find our way back to each other. We were always meant to walk the same paths, through the same woods, and ultimately, into each other’s hearts.
