Rudy and Makayla’s love story is a beautiful testament to faith, connection, and shared values. Both were individually praying for a spouse who shared their love for Jesus, and their paths crossed in a way only fate could design.

At the time, Rudy was working in Corpus Christi, Texas, while Makayla was working as a teacher in Del Rio, Texas. One day, Rudy invited Makayla to a concert they both loved. She accepted the invitation, and that evening became the start of something extraordinary—they both knew they had met their future spouse.

In the following months, Rudy relocated back to Del Rio, Texas, giving them the opportunity to deepen their connection. On May 24, 2024, they officially began dating, and their love story blossomed. Together, they created unforgettable memories: kayaking adventures, road trips, friendly cooking competitions, learning new skills around the ranch, and falling more deeply in love with one another.

In September 2024, Rudy embarked on a new career as a Production Manager in Johnson City, Tennessee. Makayla joined him there for Thanksgiving, where Rudy had a special plan in mind. With excitement and love in his heart, he asked Makayla the most important question of his life—and she said yes!

Now, Rudy and Makayla eagerly look forward to beginning their life together as husband and wife. They will celebrate their love and commitment on May 24, 2025!
