Ruth and Zachary first met through mutual friends in August 2019. After much prayer, Ruth knew that Zach was the boy she wanted to be with, whether he knew it or not! By December of that year, they had become best friends and they both knew that they were ready for something more. Zachary ended up at her family's annual Christmas party, with every person asking if he was Ruth's boyfriend. He told everyone that they were just friends, until the end of the party when he finally said that they were dating. They have been together for the past 5 Christmases since then.

A few of Ruth and Zachary's favorite memories from their time together: Going on many ice cream dates, taking late-night drives and talking about anything and everything, road-tripping to visit family, and lots of time spent with the people they love.
