Airports:
Tucson International Airport is 21 miles about 30 mins to the venue.
This is the closest airport but there’s not a lot of direct flights from the east coast as it’s a little baby airport!


Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport- main one but there are multiple airports in Phoenix.
It is 99 miles and about 1.5-2 hours drive from the venue depending on traffic.
Often times there are not direct flights to Tucson and you would have a layover. You are more likely to find direct flights to and from Phoenix.
One option is to fly there and then rent a car and drive down to Tucson.


Where to stay:
My parents live 16 mins from the venue and recommended some areas for people to look for hotels or air bnbs


-Marana is the venue area
-Oro Valley neighbors it
-My parents live near Casas Adobes in a neighborhood that borders both Oro Valley and Marana


-We weren’t planning on doing hotel blocks. It sounded like a lot of people just wanted to find their own hotel or do air bnbs.
