RuthMarie and Jonathan met at a barndance in Versailles, KY. A mutual acquaintance introduced us as Jonathan was new to the dancing scene. After seeing each other out dancing a couple times, Jonathan asked RuthMarie out to dinner and after a few wonderfully planned dates began dating. After Jonathan nursed RuthMarie through mono about a month in it was definitely official. RuthMarie and Jonathan love dancing together and our favorite dances are west coast swing, salsa, and Viennese waltz. Our devotion to our families, love of traveling and adventure, dancing, and just laughing with each other are what bring us together and keep us solid. Jonathan proposed (rather famously now) at the end of our Viennese Waltz showcase. It was amazing and a moment that will always be very vivid in our minds and memory. We are getting married at one of our absolute favorite places in Kentucky, Buffalo Trace Distillery. Buffalo Trace has awesome bourbon, beautiful grounds, and great people around to help you. Free tastings and tours will be available to all wedding guests at 3:00 PM as we transition from the ceremony to the reception!!! We cannot wait to celebrate with all of our family and friends!
