As typical as it may sound in this day in age.. I met my Ry on a website called "bumble". This app requires the girl to message the guy first in order to start a conversation and the moment I saw Ry's profile pic I was like a deer in headlights!! Little did I know his profile photo was 10 years old (lol). I was able to view his music interests and we had SO much in common when it came to music. We chatted for only a few days and talked on the phone til 4am some nights and somehow I knew I loved him from the start. The night we met my mom took a photo of his license plate because we hung out at his house (how dumb of me lol). Thank goodness he wasn't a serial killer. The first few weeks we were together I couldn't believe how I felt for him. How scared I was.. 2 weeks into our relationship, he dropped the "love" bomb on me and that was it. He met my boys (Waya & Weston) a few months into our relationship and fell in love with them so quickly. He loved them so easily and I couldn't ask for a more loving, caring man like him to call ours. Little did I know that 10 year old profile picture was nothing compared to the man I met 3 years ago and the man I get to grow old and wrinkly with. He is my everything. I can't wait to be his wife! xoxo- Mimi
Like Miranda said, we met each other on Bumble because I'm complete garbage at meeting people out in public. I had a mix of older and new pictures which I think caught Miranda's attention because we matched and boy, was it a match made in heaven! We had so much in common, especially with music which broke the ice for us. From there, we'd spend 4 hours on the phone, messaging day in and day out and I found myself going to see her every day. I was fortunate enough to meet her boys and become a part of their lives. From then on, I knew I needed to do what I could to become a good protector, provider, friend and guiding hand for them. In the times we've been together we've laughed, we've cried, we've triumphed and we've failed. All of these things have made me a better man. With the warmth and pride I take in helping raise good boys and the unwavering love, dedication and support I receive from her, I feel like the richest man in the world. I can't wait to be her husband! - Ryan
