When they arrived at a rehearsal dinner for their best friends’ wedding, Wes and Ryan were complete strangers. As paired bridesmaid and groomsman, they practiced walking down the aisle together. During those brief rehearsals, they both secretly—and maybe a little crazily—sensed that this wouldn’t be their last walk side by side.


On one of those practice runs, Wes learned that Ryan had a serious love for snacks—apples, to be exact. He also found out she had dreamed of a long driveway lined with apple trees. That night, they laughed endlessly and quietly wondered if they were falling for each other—or just completely losing it.


The next day, just before the official walk down the aisle, Wes turned to Ryan and said, “So I’m thinking Fuji Apple Trees.” Ryan couldn’t help but smile, because in that moment, it was clear: we were both a little crazy… and definitely falling.


Since then, Wes and Ryan have been growing their love story and are now welcoming its growth forever & ever - apples and all.
