Ryan met Jessica when they were just sixteen. From the start, he knew she was the one… he just got a little confused for a {few} years.

It all began in a Walmart parking lot when Ryan spotted Jessica driving by and thought to himself, “I have to meet that girl.” So, he did. He showed up at a football game where Jessica was cheering in Paoli, and the two were instantly smitten. Ryan took her on her very first date. They followed each other to sporting events, celebrated turning seventeen together, and for a time, everything was picture perfect- until life took them in different directions.

Though their story paused there, it never truly ended. Years passed, but Jessica found that the little space Ryan once held in her heart never faded. Every so often they’d reconnect, share a few words, and then drift again. Ryan- well, he was still.. well confused.

Eleven years later, fate decided it was time. One evening, Jessica spotted a white Ford and thought, “Could it be him?” Naturally, she turned into the Phillips 66 and it was. That small moment turned into a long conversation, and soon, a new chapter began. On December 7, 2019, Ryan started courting her all over again.

It took Jessica five months to know this was it. It took Ryan… a little longer. Over five years, to be exact. (Some things never change 😉). But here they are, finally right where they were always meant to be. Ryan proposed in the spot where they’ll soon build their home together.

Six years after that first date, they’ll begin their forever.

So yes, Jessica found out that fairytales do come true.
And they lived happily ever after…

and went to the beach for every anniversary.
