A charter bus will pick you up at the Comfort Suites and take you to and from the venue. The first charter bus will depart at 3:00 p.m. and the second charter bus will depart at 3:30 p.m. There is also plenty of parking available at the Venue if you want to drive. Hotel check in is at 3:00PM. Please note that early check in is not guaranteed so please plan accordingly.
Group pricing ended on August 1st and there are no more rooms available at the Comfort Suites. There is a Hampton Inn and a Motel 6 one mile down the road that has availability.
