No. Each invitation is specifically addressed to the guest(s) invited. The amount of names written on the invitation envelope corresponds to the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. Due to venue capacity limits, our guest list is fixed.

Yes. We welcome the children invited alongside our family and friends to share in this special day. Parents should be aware, however, that alcohol will be present at this event but only made available through a professional bartender.

Yes. There is a large parking lot that sits at the base of the hill that the main building sits atop. There is a complimentary shuttle that will escort guests from the parking lot to the venue entrance.

Yes. Point Lookout Vineyards is located in Hendersonville, which includes a few different hotel and lodging options. We also recommend that guests consider lodging options in Asheville, which is a short 15-20 minute drive from the venue and where you will find the closest airport.

Yes. Dinner will be served buffet style and includes a meatless pasta entree option, as well as various side dishes.

The ceremony will be held full outdoors overlooking the beautiful Smokey Mountains. The reception will be held just inside the main building, in a covered patio space. Weather for the region during June should be in the mid-70s and breezy.

Yes. We request that guests dress formally while remaining weather conscious.

No. Our contract with the venue strictly prohibits any external alcohol, including gifts. Select wines will be available to enjoy at the reception.
