When should I RSVP by?
Please send your RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is September 7, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue and vendors and we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand.
What is the attire?
We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We are requesting your best rustic cocktail attire. We want you to be comfortable to help us dance the night away so whether it's a suit or a party/sun dress or even slacks and a nice blouse/button down shirt, you'll fit right in. Jeans are acceptable, but please keep them tasteful. Do keep in mind that our venue sits on 25 acres. If you're wanting to explore the grounds, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear (flats, boots, wedges, etc.). We also ask that you refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride. This includes white, ivory, or cream colors.
Can I bring my children?
While we love your little ones, due to limited venue space, our wedding is adults only. We hope you see this as a fun parents night-out and that you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to celebrate in style!
Please note, if you are unable to make arrangements for a sitter or traveling from out of state without your child(ren) would prohibit you from coming, please contact the bride and groom to discuss possible accommodations. Any accommodations must be discussed BEFORE the RSVP deadline of September 7. Due to vendor deadlines, we are unable to make any accommodations after the RSVP deadline.
Will dinner be provided?
Yes! Dinner will be provided shortly after the reception has started. Dinner will be an assortment of pasta options, along with salad and bread. Guests will have the chance while submitting their RSVP to note any dietary restrictions, food allergies, etc.
Is there a bar?
Yes! There will be an open bar available after the ceremony has concluded. Please be sure to bring your ID as they will be checked. For guests who do not wish to partake in alcoholic beverages, soda, tea, and water will be available as well.
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony will be taking place at 5:00pm. Please arrive no more than 20 minutes early. If you arrive late, you'll be directed to the reception hall so you do not interrupt the ceremony. Fellow guests will join you in the reception hall once the ceremony has concluded.
Where should I park?
Follow the gravel road and as soon as you approach the top of the hill there is a gravel lot to your right. Please follow the directions of the parking lot guides that will be helping to direct traffic. Once this lot is filled, vehicles will be directed to the grass areas on the perimeter of the venue. The grass areas line the gravel road itself and are located to the far left across from the venue. DO NOT PARK IN THE CIRCLE GRAVEL DRIVE. The circle drive is for drop off only and must be left accessible for our vendors, etc. Please remember, parking is limited and we recommend carpooling with other guests or taking an Uber. Please take care to not block in other vehicles when parking. Guests may be leaving at staggered times throughout the night and we want all guests/vendors to be able to navigate parking with ease.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please refer to your RSVP information. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate individuals that are not listed on your specific RSVP information. If someone cannot attend on your RSVP list, please note this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place.
Do I have to RSVP or can I just arrive the day of?
You must RSVP. If you don't, you will not be included on the guest list for the day. Whether you're able to join us or not, we ask that you please complete the RSVP information to let us know whether or not to expect you. The RSVP deadline is September 7, 2024. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact either the bride or groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as "not attending."
I forgot to RSVP by the deadline. What do I do?
We are sorry, but due to catering and bartending deadlines, we are unable to accept any late RSVPs. If you did not submit your RSVP by the deadline, we will miss celebrating with you but we will find another time to see you soon!
What if there is inclement weather?
Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors under a covered pavilion. If inclement weather prevents the ceremony from being held outside, the ceremony will be moved inside to the reception hall.
Please note, we are having an unplugged ceremony. There will be a professional photographer and videographer present to capture the ceremony so we please ask that you do not have phones or other recording devices out during the ceremony. We want you all to be present in the moment and not worry about getting the best photo. Photographs taken by our professional photographer will be available at a later date.
