Where is the best place to get a massage/facial?
We use Mayan Essence Cozumel. Lupita is amazing, and all her colleagues are great, too. They can come to you at most hotels or you can go to them. It is $65 USD for a 1.5 hour massage.

Are plus one's invited?
If you are partnered and we are also close with your partner, we are most likely inviting the both of you. If you have children, your children are also invited. Each person will be identified on the invitation. Otherwise, we are opting out of plus one's.
What do you recommend packing?
The weather will be hot and humid, you will most likely be dressed in comfortable warm weather clothes or a bathing suit for most of the trip.
Potential Packing List:
- Passport
- Snorkel and fins / Dive gear. Rec’d water shoes for kiddos.
- Reef safe Sunscreen (we use Stream2Sea. Must be reef safe or you won’t be allowed to use)
- Clothes for warm weather. You will not need a jacket.. think Hawaii / florida weather. Nothing fancy, either. It's pretty casual there.
- Bathing suit
- Hat / Sunglasses
- US cash or pesos & card. Most locations take your card for payment. Ensure your bank is aware you will be out of the country.
- A beach bag or regular bag for beach days/ boat days
- Beach towel or sarong. Most hotels will have some (including puerto Libre).
- Mosquito repellent and misquito anti itch ** a lot of mosquitos at sunset only
-Reusable water bottle
- Imodium and zofran just in case (you can also buy it from the pharmacia there)
Do I need to rent a car?
Cozumel is a taxi island, meaning you can get one anywhere anytime. You can walk most places as well. 150-200 pesos should get you anywhere at anytime via a taxi. Ask for the cost prior to getting in the cab. We don’t recommend renting a car, however, it can be fun for a day excursion.
