WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START?

Gates to the venue will open at 1:00 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30 PM. To ensure A smooth flow of the ceremony and minimize disruption, we request that all attendees arrive on time. Kindly note that late entry will not be possible. This is due to time constraints related to our venue access agreement.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END?

The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM. While we invite all guests to enjoy the entirety of the celebration, it is anticipated that the event will transition to a higher energy level at approximately 9:00 PM. Please note that this will include a change in music and the presence of alcoholic beverages. Guests are welcome to depart at their leisure.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINKS PROVIDED?

We invite you to enjoy cocktail hour following the ceremony at the Grand Ballroom at 4 PM. Cocktail hour will feature a selection of light appetizers and signature cocktails. There will be a formal sit-down dinner following cocktail hour. We will be hosting an open bar at our wedding reception. Please note that the bar will be accepting cash tips for our wonderful bartenders!

WILL THE ENTIRE EVENT BE OUTDOORS?

No, only the wedding ceremony portion of the evening will be held outdoors.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The dress code for the wedding is garden formal attire. To complement the elegance of the occasion, we suggest gentlemen wear suits. For ladies, we recommend elegant evening gowns, sophisticated midi dresses, or chic cocktail dresses. The Summer Solstice marks the date of our wedding, and we envision a celebration filled with the light and energy of the season. Please note that the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. We want everyone to be comfortable, but no jeans or athletic wear.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to venue constraints and to ensure an intimate atmosphere, we kindly ask that our invitation be honored for the named guest only. While we'd love to extend the invitation to everyone's significant other, we hope you understand our decision. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

In order to allow all our guests, including parents, the opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to host an adults-only ceremony and reception. We kindly request that our wedding be a child-free event. While we adore the little ones in our lives, we hope you understand our decision and respect our wishes for an evening focused on the celebration of our love.
