Ryan and April had gone to the same school since middle school, but despite walking the same hallways for years, they never crossed paths. That changed on the first day of senior year when fate (and the seating chart) finally brought them together. Assigned seats right next to each other, they quickly fell into a rhythm of casual banter, inside jokes, and what some might call shameless flirting.

A few weeks into the school year, Ryan missed class, and April decided to pass along her meticulously organized notes, casually hoping he would hit her line. Later that day, her phone buzzed with a message from Ryan, "complimenting" her penmanship, but really, he just used it as an excuse to talk to her.

And just like that, a conversation started. From texting about notes to chatting about anything and everything, their connection grew quickly. The next weekend they went on a date where April attempted to convert him, she asked him to go to youth group. Ryan swiftly rejected the offer and instead, they went to the movies. They have been inseparable ever since.

After they graduated, they went to the University of Idaho together. Here they not only fell deeper into love but grew up together and learned how to live with each other. Now they live together in Boise where April fully supports Ryan while he is in school (Sugar Momma).

Looking back, it’s funny how something as simple as a missed class and a set of notes could spark a lifetime of love. The rest, as they say, is history.
