All guests are welcome to the celebration starting at 7:00 PM Any guests 21+ can join the couple at 10pm, following the Celebration, at the adjoining Dive Bar and/or Bar Down (also located at The Lights). Parking: Free parking is available in the parking garage at The Lights. This is accessible from 5th St W, West Fargo. Guests are allowed to leave their vehicles in the parking garage overnight, if needed. The West Fargo Sports Arena parking lot may be used as overflow parking, however, overnight parking is not permitted in this parking lot.
