The doors to the venue will open at 3pm, which is an hour before our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Ceremony will begin at 4pm with a cocktail hour to follow. If you cannot make the ceremony, dinner and welcome speech will begin at 6pm.

The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the Wexford at Emerald Greens. The address is 14425 Goodwin Ave, Hastings, MN 55033.

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one.

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and small bites.

The dress code is semi formal/ cocktail attire.

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

YES! Please no drunk driving on our special day, just make sure to try to retrieve car by 10am the next morning.

The ceremony will be held outside. There will be golf carts if assistance is needed to get to the ceremony location. The reception will be inside with an attached outdoor patio.

We will not be reserving blocks of hotel rooms. Please see the travel tab for information on local hotel options.
