Our Wedding

Ryan and Adam met at a mutual friends' wedding in 2022—cheers to the Archbalds! Three days later, they went on their first date, a hike at the Granville Gorge followed by ice cream at The Scoop. From that moment on, they were inseparable, traveling and exploring new places like Austin and Quebec. After a year and a half, Ryan and Adam moved in together, in West Hartford, CT. Their relationship grew stronger with each passing day, built on laughter and a deep understanding of each other. This September, Adam surprised Ryan by proposing on the first day of their vacation in Iceland. Ryan said yes before Adam even finished his question. Their story is a testament to the magic of chance encounters and instant connection. They look forward to a future filled with endless adventures together and can't wait to become husband and wife, celebrating surrounded by their family and friends.

Our Story

The night before 

All guests are invited to join us the night before! Come when you can. We can't wait to celebrate with you! 5:00-7:30pm - Wood Fired Pizza Truck &amp; Drinks at Basha Cottage7:30pm-10:30pm Bonfire &amp; Smores by the lake Dress comfortably! The bride will be in a sundress, the groom in shorts and a t-shirt. We’ll be outside (weather permitting), so plan accordingly.

Schedule

The Interlaken Inn has a two-night minimum stay when booked directly on their website during the summer season. Single night stays can be booked over the phone, please call 860-733-3535 and speak to Victoria directly for an exception. The Inn is open to other guests and may fill before August!
