No, children are not allowed and this will be enforced by security. Our venue is open to those 18 years and older. It is a historical site and contains plenty of valuables and artifacts that may be broken. Plenty of unlit hiking trails with potentially dangerous wildlife that the kids may stray to are also located directly on venue grounds. There's an unguarded water feature that may prove to be a liability. Our wedding will have alcohol provided, an adult arcade, and tattoo artists on site. For these reasons and more, it is an adult-only setting. We want everybody to have a fun night and let loose with little to no responsibilities, besides getting home safely to your babies. Thank you for understanding and for potentially making prior arrangements to celebrate with us!

With that being said, pictures and videos will be covered by the professionals and we promise to share those photos with our loved ones as soon as we receive them. If weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area, followed by the reception also being held outdoors on cemented patio and the dance floor being in a gravel-like area. The venue does have an indoor area where some of our entertainment will be. There will be scattered seating for you to relax inside as well. Please keep all of these things in mind, considering attire, coats, footwear, etc.

There is limited venue parking reserved for friends and family directly on venue property (only about 15 spots). If you are not on the reserved list, please park along the sides of the road leading into the venue before the gate. A new parking lot at the venue is estimated be completed hopefully by January to accommodate more guests. A golf cart will be available to take you from your vehicle and up to the venue and back if needed. If you have any questions or need assistance/accommodations, please let us know prior to the wedding day! We’re happy to help you all have a great time as well.

The venue will be closing to the uninvited public right at 5:00 PM. However, you are more than welcome to arrive before 5:00 PM, if you'd like. Cocktail hour will start by 6:00 PM and Dinner will start being served at 7:00 PM.

Ryan and Valeria will be getting matching tattoos first to kick off the opening of the tattoo bar. After that, please sign-in to our tattoo sheet with your phone number in order to be notified when it is your turn. Our artists will only be doing black and grey tattoos with minimal coloring options that are from their own premade flash design sheets. Some of these designs are catered to match the theme of the newlyweds and are also designed to take less than 20 minutes each in order to be able to attend to various guests. Costs of the tattoos are covered, but tips are more than welcome via cash or their CashApp QR code on-site. You are more than welcome and highly encouraged to make an appointment with them at a later date if you have plans to obtain a larger or different tattoo. Our artists also have the right to turn you away if you are acting disorderly. Please respect them, their time, and their craft.
