Our Wedding

Our story started a decade ago in the hallways of high school, where fate decided our lockers should be side by side. What began as borrowed pencils and quick chats between classes turned into ten amazing years of growing up together. Since those hallway days, we've traded lockers for a house of our own and added our favourite furry companion Oakley to the mix. After building our life together step by step, we took our biggest adventure yet to Thailand and China. While watching the sunset over Chiang Mai, he finally popped the question, turning our favourite vacation into our best memory yet. Afterwards, we celebrated with champagne, friends, and a Michelin star dinner. We’ve gone from sharing high school lockers to sharing a future, and we can’t wait to celebrate this with you.

Travel Tips & Important Reminders

Passport RequirementsAll guests, including children and infants, require a valid passport to travel to Mexico.We strongly recommend ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.If you need to renew your passport, please do so well in advance to avoid any delays. Insurance Please note that all payments made toward your trip are non-refundable according to the supplier's terms and conditions. For this reason, travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or interruptions. Manulife &amp; Allianz are highly recommended insurance providers.

GROUP PACKAGE - WESTJET VACATIONS

Our current group is booked with WestJet Vacations and includes a 7-night stay, roundtrip flights, roundtrip airport transfers, and all taxes in CAD currency per person. Please note that room categories and availability are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit. Should you wish to customize your reservation with a shorter stay, land-only option, alternative departure city, or any other adjustments, please contact our group travel coordinator to ensure your booking remains linked to our wedding group and package benefits.

PAYMENTS

Deposits – WestJet Vacations requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of CAD $250 per person (adult or child). Guests are required to submit their deposits by August 15, 2026. Final Payments – January 15, 2027 Final payment for all reservations is due by January 15, 2027.

HOW TO BOOK - BOOKING STEPS

Note: This is an encrypted form that only our agent will see for you to fill out your details to request your booking. Please allow 2 business days (Mon-Thurs) for an invoice to be sent - be sure to check your junk box so you do not miss an email! 2. You will receive an invoice for your review - you must follow the steps to approve the invoice in order for your spot to be confirmed and deposit to be processed. 3. Once your invoice is approved, and your deposit is processed, your spot is officially confirmed and your RSVP is submitted! Yay! You will then not need to make any payments until the final payment date. 4. Closer to the final payment date you will receive reminders of your final payment being due 21 days and 7 days before. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this deadline as well as your travel details and payment details are up to date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

As your trip is a significant investment, we highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, including emergency medical coverage. Unexpected events can happen, and insurance can provide valuable protection and peace of mind before and during your travels. Our group travel specialist typically recommends Manulife or Allianz for travel insurance options. Guests are encouraged to review the available coverage and select the policy that best suits their needs.
