The hotel block will expire ONE month before the event. Please make sure to book before then to have a guaranteed room and secure the discounted price!
There will not be a shuttle or transportation from the hotel to the venue or vise versa. Please plan in advance for this if you will be drinking. We want everyone to have fun and be safe!
If you plan on drinking, it is recommended that you drive your vehicle to your accommodation and park. We then ask that you please take an Uber or other ride share to the venue. Early check in is not guaranteed at the hotels. In order to spend as much time with everyone, ceremony time will start promptly at 3:00 pm. Due to this, we recommend that you please arrive to the event and check in at your hotel at the end of the night after being transported back safely by whichever pre-arranged transportation of your choosing.

There are 5 rooms blocked at this hotel for Friday September 18th for anyone arriving from out of town (2 King and 3 Double Bed rooms). There are 15 total rooms blocked for Saturday, September 19th for people to book and enjoy at the Bertram Inn. There are 9 king rooms and 6 double rooms reserved for Saturday night. The king rooms can fit 2-3 people and the double rooms can fit up to 4. Please keep this in mind for booking so that the hotel can accommodate as many people as possible.
