Ryanne and Greg met in 2021 working at a wedding venue. They would go out to dinner, throw darts, get drinks.. And the whole time Ryanne called these "friendship dates".

Everyone could see their spark before Ryanne could. She was often told that she would marry Greg, and she always denied it.

Finally in 2023, after a few too many drinks for St. Patty's Day, Ryanne told Greg she wanted to go on a real date with him to see if there was a spark. 3 dates, and 2 weeks later, they were dating.

A week into their relationship Greg told Ryanne he was going to marry her, and a month in they said I love you.

Right around their year and a half mark of dating they had a day trip planned to Door County. They went to Lower La Salle park to watch the sunrise at 6:30am. Greg kept going back to the car, and when he returned he told Ryanne he was going to take a candid photo of her watching the sunrise. When he asked her to tun around he was down on one knee holding the ring in his hands.
