Spencer and I met in 2015 thanks to Ignite’s college ministry. After our first date, I think we both knew we’d be here today. We went on three dates before he asked me to be his girlfriend — he gave me white roses, which is why they are so special to me. Spence has always made even the smallest of occasions so meaningful, and it’s made for so many fun memories throughout our dating relationship. One of our favorites is our annual trip to New York City... which made his proposal all the more special. We had plans to walk the city’s High Line after climbing The Vessel overlooking the Hudson River. Little did I know our walk along the greenway would actually be engagement photos by one of our best friends who has taken our couple’s photos for years. We are so thankful for this season, the memories we’re making now, and the adventures still to come.
