Can I bring a guest/date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally named on the invitation and RSVP.

Are children invited?

We love all your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully ask to leave the children at home and enjoy a night out. The only exceptions will be those in the wedding party.

What if I do not RSVP by December 1st?

Unfortunately, due to the vendor's deadlines, guests who do not RSVP by the deadline will be automatically marked as a "no."

What is the dress code?

Black- Tie Attire: We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Cocktail dresses or formal gowns are desired for the ladies and gentlemen are to wear tuxedos or darker suits. We ask for our guests to avoid jeans and cowboy attire for our wedding day.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. We ask that you refrain from entering the chapel before 5:30 p.m. to allow time for set-up.

Where do I park?

There is one parking lot directly to the side of the chapel and three lots across the street from that lot. You are welcome to park in any of these for the ceremony! The reception has complimentary valet. Guests are also free to use services such as Uber or Lyft if they choose.

Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony will be held at Marty Leonard Chapel at 6:00 p.m.

Where is the reception?

The reception will take place after the ceremony at The Ashton Depot Catering and Events starting with cocktail hour at 7:00 p.m. We ask that you please do not arrive before 6:45 p.m.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception are both indoor and temperature-controlled with the exception of cocktail hour being indoor-outdoor. Space heaters will be provided for cocktail hour and guests are always welcome to stay inside as well.

Can I take photos/videos?

We would love to have as many photos and videos captured by friends and family on our wedding day. However, we ask that the ceremony be an unplugged event to keep the intimacy high and the distractions low for us, as well as all our guests. We encourage you to capture moments from the remainder of the night just please not the ceremony.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. During cocktail hour, there will be signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres passed around. A plated dinner will follow shortly after, and of course, there will be cake!
