Yes, we will have a shuttle that will provide a ride to the venue as well as a ride back to your vehicle, after the event. Evansville location for the shuttle will be at the hotel listed on the travel tab. The shuttle will be departing from the hotel at 2:30 pm and then will be departing between 10:30-11:00 pm at the end of the night back to the hotel. Owensboro location for the shuttle will be at the hotel listed on the Travel tab. They will be departing from the hotel at 3:15 pm for arrival to the venue and then will begin making departure trips between 8:30 to 11 pm as needed.

The ceremony will be outside (if weather permits), but the reception is outside and inside.

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Yes! Wine and beer will be provided all night. Signature drinks will be provided during cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour is over, it will be a cash/card bar for all cocktails!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so when the ceremony starts, we are asking that all phones be put away and are put on silent mode. We want everyone to be present with us during this moment, but after the ceremony, feel free to take all the pictures you want! We will also have a photo booth in the reception area to take pictures!
