Please plan on booking lodging accommodations at a timely manner. There are many options on Airbnb and Vrbo that are within minutes of the venue. There are three hotels in Hilly City (approximately five minutes from the venue) but they do not offer room blocks for weddings. Please book accordingly 😊

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors! The reception will be held inside. The ceremony and reception are all held at one venue!

Please remember your presence is enough, and you do not have to purchase a gift for us! If you do wish to get us a gift, please send it to our home address, listed in our registry.

This is the venue address -23826 Mill Iron Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702 PLEASE put the address in your Google/Apple Maps - even though the venue is listed in Rapid City, it is MUCH closer to Hill City. There is plenty of parking at the venue!

Please keep in mind we are getting married in the mountains in the fall! While we are hoping for warm weather and sunshine, that may not be the case. Please dress and plan accordingly 😊

Our theme is wildflower wedding, so please feel free to wear a variety of fall colors! I'd call our dress code semi formal/dressy casual. Cowboy hats are encouraged!

There will be an open bar at our wedding for guests who wish to drink! Beer, wine, seltzers, and liquors will be offered.
