Miles and Rylee first crossed paths at the University of South Dakota in 2018 when they were just 18 years old, living on the same floor during their freshman year. From the start, there was an undeniable connection, but their relationship was a playful game of chase, with each taking turns pursuing the other.

In 2022, after years of back-and-forth, Miles took the plunge and asked Rylee to be his girlfriend. What began as a simple “let's give it a shot” quickly blossomed into a bond that made them inseparable.

In 2023, they took their next big step and moved in together, and their one-cat household soon expanded to two, filled with even more love and laughter.

The highlight of their journey came in 2024, when Miles orchestrated the most magical surprise proposal. He had planned a romantic outing to “the little house on the prairie,” a charming spot nestled on his grandpa's land. As Rylee soaked in the breathtaking sunset, she turned around to find Miles down on one knee, ready to ask her the most important question of their lives.

Together, they’re excited to see where their adventure takes them next, and they are so thankful for everyone joining them to celebrate this special day.
