If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

With the exception of the wedding party, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day!

Bride and Groom are providing a room block at The Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End Hotel, 4 City Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209. The hotel is across the street from the shuttle transportation location for easy access before and after the wedding. We have complimentary shuttles that will be picking all guests up at Sand Bar, 3 City Ave, Unit 500, Nashville, TN 37209. We recommend Ubering to the Sand Bar if you are not staying at the hotel across the street. Please arrive as early as 1pm to grab a drink and take into consideration Ubering time to Sand Bar. Shuttles will be leaving promptly at 2:30pm. We do not recommend driving to the venue due to windy roads with little to no street lights. Please only drive unless absolutely necessary, with no drinking being involved. If any other questions, please reach out to bride or groom.

For Friday night, we recommend semi-casual attire. May we suggest button-down or polo shirts with khaki pants or jeans for men and any length dress with flats or comfortable heels for women. For the wedding, we request semi-formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color or khakis, button down, and jacket; and women wear a cocktail dress, floor-length dress, or a nice pantsuit. Comfortable shoes due to outdoor ceremony and ability to dance the night away at reception! Weather varies this time of the year in Tennessee.

Our ceremony will be held outdoor, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception.
