Semi-formal to formal attire, but please dress in whatever you feel the best in! The colors will reflect the summer-to-fall nature of the mountain. We are anticipating warm to hot weather during the ceremony, yet, the temperature may drop at night. Regardless, whatever the Wyoming weather decides throw at us, we will accommodate as needed. But of course, we recommend a light jacket just in case!

Yes! There will be over 12 different flavors of cupcakes from the best bakery in town, Frosted Tops! There will also be an incredible local BBQ chef who will cater the reception!

There will be a few complimentary drink options as well as a complimentary specialty drink that will be revealed at the reception! There will also be a full bar with your other favorite drink options at guests expense.

We will be serving liquor and do expect everyone to have a good time! With that being said, it is a priority that all of our loved one's get to their home/hotel safely. We will have a cab service available for safe transportation. Additionally, the venue graciously offered a large plot of land that is available for RV parking if that's more convenient for some. Casper also has Uber available as well!

We will have a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day. So we ask that no phones are out during the ceremony. Our photographers are incredibly talented and we trust them to capture our day perfectly. So there's no need to take any extra photos on cell phones during the ceremony and we also simply don't want phones in the photos. We'd rather be able to look back and see all of our loved one's faces in our ceremony! However, when it comes to the reception we want all the pictures!!!! Dots Memories! This is an app where we set up a QR code and website to quickly and conveniently add all of the media taken on the big day! All you have to do is scan the QR code and then send in your pictures! This way we can keep all of our memories in one place and make it simpler for others to see as well.
