It all started on Hinge in October of 2020 - a year when finding love felt as likely as finding toilet paper. Sabrina was saving lives as an ICU nurse (superhero status: confirmed), and Chris was out keeping the gas flowing across Orange County (also important...especially if you like hot showers.)They matched, they messaged, and before long, they were going on dates - real ones, not just "zoom and chill." Things were good...but sometimes timing isn't right. Sabrina decided she was looking for something different, and they parted ways, thinking that might be the end.Fast forward to April. Out of nowhere, Chris - clearly a man of great taste and impeccable timing - sent Sabrina a text: "Hey stranger. Remember me?"To his surprise (and future joy), Sabrina said yes.They went on their second first date at Golden Road Brewery in Huntington Beach, then went back to Chris's place where they played board and card games for the rest of the night. That second first date turned into something neither of them expected but both of them hoped for. Laughter, love, late-night snacks, and a whole lot of " I can't believe we almost missed this."And the rest? As they say...was history.
