Like many modern love stories, Sabrina and Joey’s journey began online in April 2022. They instantly clicked and didn’t waste any time taking their connection offline. Their first date was so great that they planned a second date before the first one was even over—and from that point, they’ve been inseparable.

They quickly bonded over their shared love of travel, their passion for their careers, and their devotion to the Florida Gators. Both fiercely competitive, they love playing games together like putt-putt, basketball, and arcade challenges. Sabrina never shies away from athletic competitions with Joey, even though her rare victories make winning all the sweeter.

Sabrina fell for Joey quickly, and her love only grew deeper after meeting his daughters. Joey first told Sabrina he loved her during a memorable trip to New York with his girls. Within a year, Sabrina moved into Joey’s home, and soon after, they bought their first house together in Bradenton. Though home renovation was Joey’s forte, Sabrina stepped out of her comfort zone to help transform their house into a home—with Joey’s endless patience guiding the way. Together, they’ve learned how to complement each other, turning their differences into strengths.

When Joey knew he wanted to propose, he sought his daughters’ blessing and planned an unforgettable moment on a family trip to Las Vegas. The evening began with Sabrina’s favorite—Mexican food—and a surprise nighttime helicopter ride over the glittering Las Vegas Strip. Sabrina thought the surprises were over, but Joey had one more in store. As the Bellagio Fountains danced to Elton John’s “Your Song,” Joey got down on one knee and took Sabrina’s breath away. It was a moment straight out of a fairy tale.

Since their first meeting, Sabrina and Joey have shared incredible adventures, traveling to places like the Bahamas, Canada, St. Lucia, New York, and beyond. Now, they’re excited to begin their greatest adventure yet—life as husband and wife—starting with an epic honeymoon in Thailand.
