Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Stratton Creek Inn, in Newfield, New York.

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, pending weather, while the reception will be held indoors. We do have a backup plan if things go south.

Guests should begin arriving at 1:30, and should be seated by 1:50 at the latest. The ceremony will begin at 2 pm. Cocktail hour and photos will follow. At 3:30 pm, we will move indoors for toasts, food, cake and dancing! The reception will end at 8 pm. If anyone wishes to stay and hang out, we will be serving s'mores at the Stratton Creek Inn fire pits until 10 pm.

Cocktail wedding attire is asked. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Guests should keep watch of the upcoming October weather in the area and dress accordingly. Feel free to look at The Knot's guide under the Dress Code tab. Greens or warm colors, much like our website design, can be worn if you would like to coordinate with our color palette. If you wear white, Sabrina will be sad, please don't.

Unfortunately, no. We are trying to keep the ceremony as small as possible, and wish to be surrounded by our closest family and friends. Because we are keeping it so intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Yes! We have lots of friends and family with kids, and we would hate to leave them out of the party! Please note there will be alcohol present, but served in one dedicated area.

Since our reception ends at 8 pm, most of our guests should be able to get home by 10 pm. However, we can certainly provide a hotel block if people need or want one! Of course, for our friends from the city, we will provide sufficient hotel and transportation information.

We can provide transportation for our city friends! Our venue is close to Ithaca, so bus, Uber/Lyft, or air travel should be easy to maneuver.

The RSVP deadline will be September 1st, 2026. We will make sure to send reminders to you, if you have not sent an RSVP. To incentivize a prompt RSVP, the earlier you do, the earlier you get to the food line!

If we don't get an RSVP back by the date provided, you will be marked as a 'no'. We will certainly miss you, however, we do have to provide guest counts in a timely manner to the venue and vendors. We will make sure to send reminders giving ample time to respond.

No, we are choosing to serve his and hers specialty drinks at a cash bar, instead of an open bar. We don't want things to get too crazy! Sabrina's fellow Wellsians are encouraged to bring their Junior mugs!

Yes of course! We are doing our best to cater to all dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free. The only person who might be upset is Sabrina's Aunt Mimi, who does not like eating breakfast for dinner. Aunt Mimi can have an extra piece of cake if she gets hungry.

We would prefer our guests to be present during the ceremony, without their phones. However, feel free to take as many pictures and videos during the reception! Wes and Sabrina probably won't be on their phones, so we'd love to see photos from your perspective. Please note that the Stratton Creek Inn will be taking photos as well to use for their own marketing. If you do not want to be featured in these photos, please let someone know.

That's totally fine! Do not feel like you have to gift us anything. We love cards and handmade trinkets/art, if you don't want to come empty-handed. We will provide a registry, without expectation to receive anything, if anything to give you a look at our aesthetic. You were invited for your company, not your gifts!
